Do Your Friends and Family Members Call You Thunder Thighs? Although this may be an innocent, affectionate reference in their minds, for you it's not. It probably hurts your feelings. Some of us are born with hefty, full thighs. It is a genetic disposition and something you cannot help. But nevertheless it causes you grief and emotional pain.
All you want are slim, thin thighs like your girlfriends have. You simply want thighs that don't rub together and make swishing noises when you walk. Is this too much to ask? Certainly not. But what can you do when dieting and exercise don't seem to budge the fat in your thighs? Midas Touch can free you from this emotional pain, and from your heavy thighs. A thigh lift from Midas Touch can give your thighs the firm, supple appearance you have always wanted. We will reshape your thighs by reducing excess skin and fat deposits. This results in smoother skin and better-proportioned contours for your upper legs. Plus, in instances where skin elasticity is lacking, a combination of liposuction and a thigh lift can produce amazing results.
WHAT TO EXPECT
You will be given general anesthesia to put you to sleep. The surgeon will then use one of the following techniques:
Medial Thigh Lift: This is the most common thigh surgery procedure. The incision extends from the groin around the hip to the crease of the buttocks. Excessive skin and fatty tissue are removed from the groin down to the knee.
Extended Thigh Lift: This technique, also known as vertical thigh lift involves a vertical incision at the groin that extends to the inner knee. Excessive skin and fatty tissue are best removed by this procedure.
Lateral Thigh Lift or Flankplasty: This is a complex procedure involving a contouring of the buttocks and outer thighs with the removal of fatty tissue and excess skin. An incision is made at the groin down to the hip region.
Spiral lift: This procedure improves all parts of your thighs, as well as your buttocks by lifting and enlarging the entire gluteal area.
If you are worried about the incisions and scarring, you needn't be. While your incisions may be extensive, advanced techniques allow us to place them in strategic locations where they can easily be hidden.
You may experience pain, soreness and bruising after your surgery. But your Midas Touch surgeon will prescribe pain medications to relieve any discomfort. Most of our patients recover quickly after the surgery, typically within one or two days.
A thigh lift from Midas Touch removes the excess fat deposits and skin from your inner and outer thighs. It will provide you a shapelier, firmer thigh, with a more feminine appearance. In just a few weeks after your surgery, you will be in prime condition, with thighs that any woman would die for!
